The Trubshaw Suite
The Trubshaw Suite is in the main hotel and is licensed for Civil Partnership, Civil Weddings for up to 100 guests and Wedding Receptions for up to 80 guests.
The Atrium
The Atrium is The main Conservatory area in front of the historic building. It is licensed for Civil Partnership and Civil Weddings for up to 60 people and Weddings for up to 100 guests.
The Phoenix Suite
The Phoenix Suite is housed on the first floor of the hotel and can accommodate a Wedding Reception for up to 25 guests.
The Carlton Suite
The Carlton Suite is the hotel's largest venue and is an ideal Wedding Reception for up to 300 guests. An Evening Party in the Carlton Suite can house up to 450 guests.
The Concorde Suite
Situated on the ground floor. Ideal for small weddings or private ceremonies.
Asian Weddings
With the help of specialist caters, The Diplomat Hotel can provide sumptuous and elegant Asian weddings to suit a wide range of budgets and tastes. Expert chefs use the finest ingredients and freshest produce to create tailor-made Indian, Chinese, Lebanese and French cuisine. Civil Partnerships
Since the Civil Partnership has become available, The Diplomat Hotel is proud and happy to be one of the most friendly and popular Civil Partnership venues in the area.

Exclusivly Yours
Full exclusive use, includes the hotel, the spa, leisure facilities and the beautiful grounds in which the hotel is situated.
The wedding breakfast, evening buffet, and entertainment would be charged separately. Please note that the exact price is dependant on the time of year and your personal requirements.
Taking exclusive use of the hotel would mean rights to all of the 50 en-suite bedrooms and function suite for the entire duration of your wedding. Only the main Lounge and the Atrium (Conservatory) would remain open to the public.
The charge for exclusive rights should be negotiated with the Managing Director.
